自動上料吸料風機操作及維護：
1.安裝竣工后的鼓風機在啟動前應行手動轉動，檢查有無異常碰撞與摩擦，電動機的旋向是否正確，進出口閥門是否在小流量狀態(tài)。
2.風機運行時應注意風機和電機內(nèi)部有無異常聲響，漏油，異常的振動或軸承溫升過高，電機電流過，地腳松動等不正?，F(xiàn)象，并及時排除。
3.新風機使用5000小時后要更換軸承油脂。
4.檢修：機殼檢修時先松開水平中分面上螺釘，打開上半機殼和兩側軸承箱上蓋，取出轉子即可對轉子或機殼進行維修。檢修時應特別注意葉輪葉片是否斷裂，有無裂紋，主軸是否彎曲。裝拆上班機殼前，必須謹慎避免裝拆過程中因上半機殼擺動而損壞轉子。
5.風機出廠時貨用戶停機期間均應將風機進出口蓋，以防止雜物落入風機內(nèi)腔造成事故。
6.風機每工作半年需檢修次，清楚風機流道內(nèi)積塵和油污。
